Free Lunch and Literacy!
For children 18 years old and under.

Join us for a free lunch, craft and library on weekdays from June 20 – July 1.

TIME: Noon to 1pm
WHERE: United Christian Church, 8525 New Falls Road, PA 19054

From noon to 1pm, children 18 years old and under can get a free lunch, read a book
and make a craft.

Parents and caregivers must stay with children. Adults will not be fed.

If you plan to attend, please call Margaret at 203.554.2714 so food can be ordered.

The project is being organized by Margaret Zelin, who is a Girl Scout. Lunch and Literacy is
her Gold Award project.

CFPA is having two picnics in July. July 3 is the annual Peace is Patriotic Picnic for all PA and New Jersey CFPA members, supporters, families and friends and is being held at Fallsington Friends Meeting House (info. below). On July 31, BuxMont CFPA will be having our picnic at Core Creek Park in Langhorne. More information for that picnic will be sent out soon.

As part of the Program, the patriotic peace leaders below will be presented with the CFPA’s Patriot for Peace Award (list in formation with more possible honorees to be named later):
Robert M. Smith – Staff of the Brandywine Peace Community, which has coordinated a 35-year campaign opposing excessive military contracting at Lockheed Martin.
Zak Ebrahim – son of a convicted terrorist who is now a nonviolence advocate and lecturer.
