(2) Natalie in PA: Saw the show at the Bristol last night called “Runaway Broadway,” the last in the series of summer musicales. It was outstanding. Three of my favorites were in it, Jennie Eisenhower (who’s just so talented), Keith Spencer, incredible and Demetria Joyce Bailey. It doesn’t get much better than that. It’s running for another week, if you want to let others know.
(3) The Sacred Paths Community will be presenting three unique noontime workshops this fall beginning with “The Power of Prayer” on Sunday, September 16th. “Pieces from the Past: Voices of Heroic Women in Civil Rights” will be held on Sunday, October 21st. “Make the Rest of Your LIfe, the Best of Your Life,” will be held on Sunday, November 18th. (4) I just wanted to send this reminder out about our upcoming picnic on Saturday, September 8 at Core Creek Park. We all do so much during the year that having this picnic is a way to just slow down and just relax for an afternoon. There are no speakers planned, there is no agenda, just a day of rest and relaxation. I hope you can join us.Feel free to invite anyone you want to spend the afternoon with us. More details will follow closer to the picnic date.
